What to do in case of theft of a bicycle that you unlock?

In the event of theft of a bicycle that has been released by a user, ECOBICI must be notified immediately by telephone at 55-5005-2422 or 800 3262 421.

ECOBICI staff will go to the site, assess the situation and provide support to the user in the process of filing a complaint with the Public Prosecutor’s Office.

What to do if my MI card is lost or stolen?

In case of loss or theft you can:

Call us at 55-5005-2424 or 800 3262 421 to deactivate the card and avoid charges.
Unsubscribe from the ECOBICI app. By entering with your username and password you can unlink it.
